Singapore Budget Webinar 2021

Singapore Budget Webinar 2021

23 FEBRUARY 2021, TUESDAY
2.00 pm to 4.30 pm

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance, Mr. Heng Swee Keat, delivered the Budget Statement in Parliament on 16 February 2021. Given the pandemic’s persistence with new variants of the Coronavirus prompting renewed lockdowns in major cities, will we be able to make a comeback in 2021? The 2021 Singapore Budget will adopt an expansionary stance with a targeted approach. Resources will be concentrated on businesses and consumers that are in need. Other key areas of focus include digitalisation, enhancing enterprise capabilities and upskilling of our workforce in the near term. The Singapore Budget Webinar was organised by Complete Corporate Services and Moore Stephens LLP, Singapore, where our Tax Specialist and prominent guest speakers, Mr. Song Seng Wun, Director and Economist at CIMB Private Banking and Mr. James Cheo, Chief Investment Officer, South East Asia, Private Banking and Wealth Management, HSBC, shared their exclusive views and critical insights on the 2021 recovery outlook, identifying risk and uncovering opportunities in the coming year so as to help you and your businesses adapt and thrive in the new COVID-19 world.
